Nestled amongst vineyards with country and lake panoramas only 12 minutes from the Toll Gate, the newest function destination in the Adelaide Hills provides the quintessential setting for special occasions.

As an extension of the original homestead Restaurant (circa 1851), our Pavilion emanates elegant warmth and can provide various areas for different group sizes (up to 270 guests).

Maximilian’s Restaurant has a vast experience in catering for significant celebrations. Head Chef Natalie Viney’s treats her larger functions with exactly the same level of care and attention as a table of two celebrating an important anniversary. This is a rare and wonderful thing when it comes to large group dining. Showcasing our passion for the region and season, we can tailor food & wine experiences to complement the occasion; Canapé packages, ‘Set’ menus, banquet ‘Let us feed you’ dining formats & Degustation dinners.
